We use Google Chrome Remote Desktop App to remote login to your PC to support you.

Click here to go to the remote login website and download the client. 

 

1. Click the download button to add chrome extension

2. Click the download button again to download the remote client

3. Come back to the page - as linked - and click 'generate code'

4. Give the code to your technician via email or call

5. Click 'Share' when prompted and now your free to go!
